So what am I up to?
Currently I am working very hard on improving my portfolio, I have some free time so why don't I use it to benefit myself!
I other news, for those who haven't read my dA journal:
A few days ago I discovered one of my works being used for a book cover without my knowledge, let alone permission or even credit or compensation. Here is the link to my discovery. Thanks to my lovely watchers on dA and google translator (of course!) today I managed to find a way to contact the publisher... let's see what happens lol keep fingers crossed!
I am amazed by the nerve of such people, how can they even sleep at night? Doesn't the idea that you make money in an unfair way bother them at least a little bit? I know it would bother me.. I really hope I get a reply from the publishing company, for me it is not all about the compensation, it is about the fact that they totally ignored me as the artist of the used image. It is my dream my artwork to be on a book cover one day but this is not the way!
UPDATE: I just opened that link that I put above AND nothig is there, these people just removed it like nothing even happened... the nerve! here is a printscreen of another link I found
